About Us

MISSION
To provide immigrants and refugees living in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania (DMV+P) with free and easy access to the resources and skill development they need to become self-sufficient contributors within their families and local communities.

VISION
We aspire to be the Amazon of immigration and refugee services.

GOALS

  • To become an immediate touchpoint for 20% of immigrants and refugees entering the DMV+P by 2030.

  • To create a virtual and physical environment that will enable immigrants and refugees to capitalize upon their skills and access resources for daily living within 72 hours.

  • To provide skills and resources to immigrants and refugees who seek to transfer and utilize their knowledge within their native countries.

OBJECTIVE
TRG aims to develop basic, professional, and entrepreneurial skills for immigrants and refugees seeking to make economic and social contributions at home, at work, and in their communities.
TRG provides consultation services to individuals recently immigrating to the United States and U.S. citizens experiencing economic, social, or emotional distress resulting from an individual or family’s relocation to the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and/or Pennsylvania (DMV+P). TRG is a non-partisan, Christian-based organization providing employment training, counseling, youth development programs, and entrepreneurial expansion packages geared toward immigrant and refugee clients. We are here to provide immigrants and refugees with the skills and resources required to become self-sufficient contributors within their families and local environments. TRG was created to address the needs of three groups within the immigrant community: Adults, Youth, and Immigrant Business Owners.
