After this, I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” Revelation 7:9-10
OUR PROJECTS
TRG currently focuses on three projects per year that align to the core services we provide. At present, we are also investing in research, tools and networks to expand services in 2030.

VIRTUAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING
These online services are designed to help English learners improve their language skills through structured, self-paced lessons based on the English for Everyone lesson plans. These trainings focus on building practical communication skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Learners progress from basic to more advanced levels, covering essential topics such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday conversation. Lessons use clear explanations, visual examples, and real-life situations to make learning easy to understand and engaging. These services are suitable for beginners and intermediate learners.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING
The Professional Coaching for Immigrants program is designed to empower first-generation immigrants with the tools, confidence, and strategic guidance needed to successfully integrate, advance professionally, and thrive personally in their new environment. Immigrants often face unique challenges, including cultural adjustment, credential recognition barriers, limited professional networks, language nuances, and unfamiliar workplace norms. This program provides structured, culturally responsive coaching to address those barriers directly.
Through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and skill-building seminars, participants receive support in career planning, resume development, interview preparation, leadership development, workplace communication, and navigating organizational culture. The program also focuses on mindset development, confidence-building, goal setting, and overcoming imposter syndrome—common challenges among highly skilled immigrants transitioning into new systems.
