Grant Writer

We are looking to hire a dedicated Grant Writer to write grant proposals for our organization. The Grant Writer will write coherent, organized, and compelling proposals. You will apply your knowledge of fundraising methods and plans to reach income goals. You will collaborate with team members in the organization to assist with other fundraising projects and develop relationships with key stakeholders. To ensure success, you need to write well, have proficient knowledge of fundraising methods, and be committed to the mission you are representing. Preferred applicants are deadline-driven team players with outstanding multitasking abilities.

Board Member

The board of directors bears a legal responsibility to govern a corporation. Fulfilling that responsibility encompasses many individual roles and responsibilities. Each board member brings different strengths, talents, and abilities to the board. When board members merge their skills toward the mission and vision of an organization, it creates a synergy that makes the whole board greater than the sum of each individual’s contribution. Serving on a board requires time and dedication.

Effective board members possess solid character traits and personal integrity. They are active members who have tolerance of differing viewpoints and can communicate honestly with sensitivity. Board members should be amiable, responsive, and patient. It also always helps to have a bit of a sense of humor.

Program Manager

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for organizing programs and activities for TRG. The PM develops programs to support the organization's strategic direction and create and manage long-term goals. This role also entails developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. The person fulfilling this role will specialize in organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. In addition, the PM will develop new programs to support the organization’s strategic goals, create and manage long-term goals, and develop a budget and operating plan for the program.

The PM will need to develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery, and produce accurate and timely program status reporting throughout its life cycle. Additional key skills include analyzing program risks and strategizing with the marketing team. Program Manager Requirements include the following:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.

  • Proven experience in program management.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Understanding of project management.

  • Prior experience in both program management and team management is preferred.

Program Assistant

The Program Assistant's (PA) primary focus is to carry out administrative tasks that impact the daily operations of a business. The PA is responsible for performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, keeping records, data entry, addressing customer concerns, etc. Additional responsibilities depend on the organization and industry. A high school diploma or general education diploma is required, along with prior working experience in a similar position in a related field. Strong communication skills are a must, as this position requires negotiations with clients, customers, and in-house personnel. Other valuable skills include multitasking, time-management abilities, and strong attention to detail.

Graduate Assistant

The Graduate Assistant will assist Account/Project Managers with the coordination of developing Marketing Campaigns. You will keep project tasks and trackers up to date and monitor schedules to ensure that projects are created and delivered on time. You will support Account/Project Managers on Adhoc projects and programs. The Graduate Assistant coordinates meetings and creates agendas and documents, gathering live feedback. You will manage social media, webinars, and video meetings. You will work with Account/Project Managers to help facilitate meetings and ensure notes are addressed or flagged for follow-up action items and documented accordingly. The Graduate Assistant will work with internal designers and outside vendors to ensure Marketing assets are prepared to match standards and protocols. College Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students are encouraged to apply.
